What would the shipping estimate be on this for international? I kind of figure that into everything I buy because even just shipping to Canada can double the price.

I honestly do not know. Probably not too much to go to Canada. They're not really heavy and don't require a big box or anything. I figured I can stuff them in a small-ish padded envelope.
An adult NBA jersey is 2 lbs, but I'm guessing these are a bit lighter, so we'll say 1.5 lbs. First class mail (with no tracking or any special frills) would be US$7.45

If we come in under 100 total, I would really prefer that everyone has their own number instead of doubling up. More fun that way.
I am thinking that when the time comes, I will have everyone submit their top 5 number choices and then do a coin toss if there are people wanting the same numbers. If you lose the toss, you get your next choice down. If it ends up being a match between someone's #1 choice and someones #2 choice, the #1 will get priority.
I am also considering giving priority to people with numbers in their name.
And also, I get first choice of anything because life is unfair.
