I am thinking that I will just alternate weekends, one weekend moving postage money to my account from PayPal and then it will have enough time to go through for me to send a batch of packages the next weekend.

Technically only one day, since Sunday isn't a work day for the post office. Unless they actually do in-transit stuff in Sundays, just not actually any open offices for public business.
