[Call of Duty] BLOPS2 The Game With No Last Stand Or Dead Man's Hand

And that one map with Air Force One crashed in the middle is like Afgan and that other one with the plane parts in the middle, mixed together.
My MK14 class has Red Dot + Kick, although I may switch to Focus instead. I tried the ACOG and hated it, and didn't really enjoy using a Silencer (although it is pretty effective). I also use Stalker because I've gotten used to fast movement and seem to win quite a few gunfights by strafing around. Plus, I hate dying to claymores or other camping equipment.
Granted I'm an average player with a K/D like 1.6, but I've been pretty happy with it.

Nearly ever game I play, the enemy has a UAV up for the match duration. No amount of Stingers can save me; as much as I try.

Call in infinitybillion EMPs, prevent UAVs :^:

I have a UAV/CUAV up about every 25 seconds. More if we're playing DOM.

Because the enemy knowing where I am means they come to me and I get more kills.
Same reason I'd never silence the Mk14.
wait, they're advertizing "sniping nooks and crannies" like its a good thing?
thats like when bowling went out and told everyone to run blind eye/asspro/dead silence on that piazza map and told everyone to lay prone and snipe on liberation. ALL OF THIS IS HIS FAULT.

Fuck that guy.
because the CoD community (and generally the online FPS genre) is 50% 12 year olds and 25% weekend warrior college age douchbags. that ratio just doesn't exist in other videogame genres. Most people that play CoD aren't "gamers" and probably haven't even heard of Dark Souls.

That's definitely something I've noticed, too. I like to use the "Compare Games" feature on Live a lot, because I like seeing what games the people I hang out with enjoy. I also like to chase achievements, so when I see someone else has an achievement I want, or that I know took a lot of effort to get, it's something we can talk about. Anyway, my point is that the vast majority of the guys I play Call of Duty with have Gamerscores under like two-thousand? We've been playing together online for years, but Call of Duty is like, literally the only thing they play. They've got a few hundred points per game, because they've gone like 3 levels deep into each of the single player campaigns, but that's it.
It's bizarre to me, because Call of Duty is just one aspect of gaming for me. It satisfies my need to be an important member of a team, and it allows me to take on some leadership responsibilities, which is something I naturally gravitate toward. I've talked before about being involved with progression raiding in WoW, back when progression raiding like, meant shit. And in every raid I was ever a part of, they wanted me to be Healing Lead, or an officer or something, because it's pretty obvious that I'm someone who enjoys teamwork, strategy, and pushing myself (and others) to the limit of what we're capable of. I don't play WoW anymore, but Call of Duty kind of fills that void for me.
I'm rambling again.
In other news, MW3's price dropped a week or so ago, so now I have it. Having put myself through the misery of the campaign, naturally I want to partake in the online bloodbath. I can only get so far through Survival on my own, and Special Ops have reached my bullshit limit for a bit, so now's the time for some embarrassingly poor playing on the world stage!

Pft. "Gamers" and jerkoffs overlap. I've had people say nice things and ask for tips in COD and BF3. I've also had them accuse me of cheating and say things about my mother/hygiene/possible ethnic background.
That looks a lot taller than 10 stories up.
Seriously, don't worry about it. Usually I play a few games by myself & then someone leaves & I at least get a few games in with everyone. Besides, last night we only had 6 anyway  It did seem like we all raged less last night, and I'm not sure why. It was a fun night.
I'm always suprised that these games actually ship with a single player mode.
The day that happens is the day me and 8 other people stop buying CoD games.

Oh, I don't. To be honest, I kind of wish achievements didn't exist. I have a friend who will only play games he can get 100% of the achievements on. He hangs out on this TrueAchievements site, and organizes boosting sessions for games he needs achievements on. Like, if you have to get X number of Shotgun kills in multiplayer or something, he'll bring together a group of guys, and they'll just shoot each other with shotguns for an hour or whatever. It's so dumb. Most of the time, he's not even at his console. He's just online, allowing other people to kill him with shotguns or whatever for a certain period of time, and then he'll do the same to them.
I really think it's dumb.
I don't "judge" people by their gamerscores, Dover. There's no reason to get all defensive about it. I just like looking at their games, because it's something to talk about. I like seeing what games people are interested in. A lot of the time, you can tell how a person plays by looking at their achievements (like what class they play, whether or not they bother with some minigames, etc), so that's interesting, too. My point was that the vast majority of Call of Duty players have absolutely nothing but Call of Duty on their list. Their 360 basically exists as a machine that lets them play Call of Duty. That's not even a bad thing -- it's just different.
I'm actually not defensive about it at all. I failed to put the

I want CoD to have multiplayer achievements because that's what most people play CoD for. I hate the games that have tons of multiplayer achievements and shitty multiplayer.

It mostly depends on the weapon. I'm pretty addicted to Kick, even on weapons that probably don't require it. I could more than likely get away with switching to Focus, and I'm sure that'd be really successful, so I wouldn't worry about it too much.
I know how that feels with this game, no problem.
I can't seem to login to my Elite thing, it's cool. What a treat it is for us users. Also, am I the only one who finds the whole site to be just a huge mess ? I mean, I can't seem to find anything in there. It's like they just threw a bunch of shit in there without thinking about it.
Don't try to look at it on a phone.
Somehow, it's even worse.
