I think we've already established that the GOP as a party is now made up of people who think that if they reduce us to a Mad Max wasteland that they'll all be warlords with their own party of car-raiders and an entire harem of wasteland women to do with as they please.
Im not entirely sure they do, since it took a court to overturn the law. Unless this judge has to run for reelection, but even then I dont think they can formally be part of a political party (like, they can be a republican but they cant run as a Republican but they can be endorsed by the local republican party).

For there to be a new surge there would have to have been a past surge. This kind of thing happens at irregular intervals, but I don't think it's been surging. Remember that guy who got shot a few years ago coming out of church?

Also, an ex of mine would volunteer for a pro-life center (I'm not sure what they do exactly) whenever they got vandalized. Which is a lot. So, just to be clear and fair, both sides of the abortion issue are just as capable of being fuckwads as the other.

Obviously whatever they were doing doesn't justify vandalism, but there's a world of difference between providing medical care and pretending to provide medical care, but actually using lies and intimidation to scare vulnerable women.
I don't know if it's one of those places.
The bottom line is, smashing windows and spray-painting a building is childish and dumb, even if the people working in the building are detrimental to social growth.
