Well, it looks like Vanilla has a relatively active developer community. There may well be a need for an event organization/team management application out there. I'm not looking to do it for this bar crawl, but it has application well beyond the basic bar crawl usage . . .

Well, shit.

Can I get an official ruling from someone on how to work it if folks want to come to the crawl, but not stay all night and not do the challenges? I gave up our two spots to make room for folks who want to participate all night, because we're going to head out around 10:00. Do I need to sign back up?

What cabsy said is as correct as I've ever heard it. The general rule is: If you're not signed up, please don't show up and tag along, we're flooding these bars with enough people without extras.

I really like the "electric sheep" Pokemon. My girlfriend and I are big fans of "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?" so we are happy to join the team. We even have some matching electric sheep t-shirts for the crawl.
