I think that most of the problem is that the main event is so hyped that it's overshadowing the rest of the card. Which, lets be honest, doesn't really have a whole lot of big name guys on it.

And also the prevailing opinion seems to be that the main event is populated by douchebags and no one can decide if they want to see Rashad or Jones lose more.
I'm gonna miss the card tonight because I'm going to a party at a friends', so I'll keep myself on an information blackout until I can watch it tomorrow. Fights are nowhere near as fun if you already know who's gonna win
A trap is for fish: when you've got the fish, you can forget the trap. A snare is for rabbits: when you've got the rabbit, you can forget the snare. Words are for meaning: when you've got the meaning, you can forget the words.
hahah yessss
dana loves it when people ask him for fights
though now that hole is plugged, reem's licensing issues with NSAC are now moot, NSAC might even refuse to hear his case now
i wonder if his continued employment with the UFC is on the table now too
I'm not sure being the next guy to fight Cain right after he lost the belt is what I'd consider a gain.
Not that we don't all love Roy Nelson, but he got outboxed in his last fight by Fabricio Werdum.
Kana on

I think it probably depends on how the hearing goes and how he handles it. The UFC really wanted to turn Overeem into the face of the heavyweight division, but you can't do that if there's concerns about him doping. Especially since he LOOKS like a dude that dopes (whether he really does or not). It's probably a good bit easier to renovate the image of a guy like Chael Sonnen, who doesn't really have that outrageously super musclebound physique.

That was a nice body shot, but I think half of that fall was hoping that he'd jump in and get caught, and he nearly did

it does make me really happy to hear an audience booing a bad standup though
