Our new Indie Games subforum is now open for business in G&T. Go and check it out, you might land a code for a free game. If you're developing an indie game and want to post about it,
follow these directions. If you don't, he'll break your legs! Hahaha! Seriously though.
Our rules have been updated and given
their own forum. Go and look at them! They are nice, and there may be new ones that you didn't know about! Hooray for rules! Hooray for The System! Hooray for Conforming!

The L & R buttons on the original Classic Controller are analog, actually. They don't have that digital "click" when they're fully depressed, however.
They took 'em out of the CCPro, I guess because nobody used the functionality.
I actually really love using the Wii remote NES-style when playing Brawl.
I've been using that scheme for so long I have trouble going back to the NGC controller.
Come to think of it once I get rid of the Wii I'll be able to sell the NGC controller and Wavebird I have since I won't need 'em anymore.
Just a though.

Yeah but then you had to work at Electronics Boutique. Eew.
Tell me about it. I worked there from 1997-2004. The company wasn't bad to work for until around 2002-2003. Then upper management changed and it all went to shit. Fortunately I got out before the Gamestop merger.

I kid, of course. I worked at CompUSA from 2005 till their closure in 2008. As scummy as the company was, I loved my store and my co-workers. A very pleasant atmosphere and environment for employees and customers alike. We did our best to make sure the place didn't feel too "big box" and I hope that got through to the people that did business with us.
I preordered Billy Hatcher. I spent so much time on that game. It is so good. So good.
I regret not picking up Billy Hatcher. The only experience I had was on a GameCube demo disc.

Don't toss out your broken/unusable/worn out Nintendo (especially Gamecube/N64) controllers! Donate them to me!
I just far prefer having an actual jump button for Smash. I even disable the Up jump when I set my controls in Brawl.
I technically began at Computer City from 1995 until our buyout from CompUSA in 2000-ish. Then I stuck around 'til they laid me off in '03. I really wish I hadn't stayed there so long...

I'm just surprised that in the whole internet no one has done this yet. I've half a mind to do one myself after I finish this run.

Yeah, the fact that there's nothing on GameFAQs is weird.

There really is a nice selection of good games on the eshop, I've yet to buy a whole bunch on my wishlist.
(I don't even have Pushmo yet. Yes I know I'm terrible.

Officially coming out in Japan this fall. Probably coming out here around the same time, if previous games in the series are any indication.
I wonder if Nintendo will take advantage of its upcoming ability to push DLC in Animal Crossing? If any Nintendo game has the ability to support tons of random DLC goodies, it's Animal Crossing.
Those fucking Easter Island heads in the bonus section had me stumped for an age and when I finally figured the trick and beat them it took much restraint not to punch air and whoop, seeing as my wife was asleep next to me in bed.
WiiU: JamWarrior
The Wii version was chock full of extra downloadable items, though I believe they were all disc locked rather than actually new data.

Care to share while it's still fresh in your memory? I stopped playing because I couldn't do that one. It was many months ago now.
Nice. Thanks for the link.
then up the right head halfway and jump over,
on the left set things up so you can now do a full ascent from ground level,
back up the right halfway and pull as much out as you can,
then a full ascent of left from the floor,
jump over to right and the flag should be in reach after a few more pulls.

I have tried that many times. Guess I'll give it another go. Must've missed something obvious about 8 million times.
Thank you.
I remember that one. Ugh, that was irritating. Took me a while to realize which block I missed setting correctly.
