With the recent news that official Minecraft sets would be released, shows that anything is possible. That's why up on the Lego Cuusoo website is this:

So out of all the suited licenses to be turned into Lego, why Penny Arcade? Well it still would be interesting to see what would happen.
If the project was to reach 10,000 votes, then Lego will review the project and if they agree, they'll pitch it to Holkins and Krahulik who will decide what the actual set could look like. If the page reaches 500 or 1,000 supporters, then a Lego rep will personally leave feedback on the project. All I can say is lets get as many supporters as we can on this and see what happens when it reaches 10,000. To vote, simply create an account on the site if you haven't, and then click support.
Discuss and post any other projects which you'd like to see have supporters.
