Cancelling jungle creep attacks with W on Riven was neat. Cancelling them with Q knockback is better. Cancelling your auto-attack into a Q spin and still doing the AA damage is insane and I love it. I think this will improve my game, though I still finish Red dangerously low for Golems.

They should tweak the way healing works. Not sure what would be appropriate, though.

that whole comp falls apart without soraka (her burst heal and MR shred are too good), so if they ban her they can just force dig to play a more traditional comp that CLG probably has more experience with

I wouldn't mind this if they were items you had to actually had to think about using instead of "this applies a debuff upon attacking that reduces healing." Put it on a cooldown and make it castable with a reasonable duration so it requires decision making and can be played around.
