But I don't have time to go diving into the rules PDF at the moment.
I guess we pause here for Obi's clarification.
Page 14, under "changing the map", in the rules clarifies this and gives examples of what to do if sectors are rotated.
According to that section, only the outer walls are indestructible, ones created by sectors touching are normal stone walls and can be destroyed, altered etc.
The middle is the place where all the targets are at!
