In replaying ME1, I either forgot, or just never noticed that sometimes choosing either the Paragon or Renegade dialog choice is the asshole choice, with neutral being the reasonable choice. I find myself choosing renegade more often than previously. If I'm going to be an asshole, I might as well be doing it on purpose.

That's been my general position.
Although I did go with the neutral option on Grunt's loyalty.
"If I know Grunt, the answer's coming at muzzle velocity." is the only option that doesn't feel condescending to one of the top three murder turtles in the setting.

Well ME2 is a different kettle of fish. I can mostly do Paragon there with sprinkles of Renegade and it works out to be the Shepard I want. Though yeah, my choices are skewed as far as Grunt is concerned, because certain answers are just too perfect to not use.

When I'm not being facetious, I would actually rank them about the same, but for different reasons. And where I feel DA:O is a deliberate attempt to evoke the isometric party-based RPGs of yesteryear, DA2 takes that model and attempts to bring it somewhere interesting.
I just hate it when I try to hack an Atlas and it either continues to attack me and my teammates anyway, or it just doesn't affect it at all.
Although it is great when it works when you have two atlases coming at you and you hack the one in the back. The guy in front just starts to get shot at, just yelling "Dude! Dude! What the fuck are you doing!"

Not that I think DA2 is bad, just that I'm sure the universal opinion is that DAO was better
I thought Truth Bombs was your porn name.

Truth Bombs is my gay porn name.
Oh yeah, we're totally in the minority.
But we're right.
it was the cheap geth/white method but still

Both are flawed, both have good bits to them.
ME3 > DA2 > ME2 > DAO > ME1
ie Bioware just gets better and better
I've done that
I wish if someone dropped they'd take their share and split it among the rest
this is actually why it always bugs me that people hack primes
they stay hacked for no longer than it takes to beat up their drone/turret
hack a pyro, guy
that will actually do us some good
Hacking primes is good for letting us get potshots in without having to duck into cover while it fires off a three round burst.
cerberus turrets
I'm not really that critical of it
I mean sometimes there is only one target in view, and its a prime
so its the thing that gets hacked
why yes, you should hug that engineer at 10,000 RPM, why thank you

Once she's done with the thing she's doing for work and I'm done tumblring all of our progress so far we'll play another session

speed's mom is rad as hell
mom effect isn't funny in a typical "look how out of touch and silly this old person is" kind of way
it's funny because Mom is awesome
because we, thus far, have had fairly similar experiences.
but I also got the Arc Pistol X in the same pack so... meh
Correct opinions all the time stilts
I slept through all this da2 chat but I definitely prefer it to origins, by a lot.
I just fucking hated the gameplay in the Dragon Age games
I felt like I was playing the worst parts of WoW again
Don't worry -Tal, I'm sure she'll never love Kaiden the way you do
DA:O I kind of loved but got like 1/3 through and have yet to complete it. I keep telling myself I will pick it up again one day and finish it.
Maybe after I've played just one more time through the Mass Effect trilogy.
Alanko
You have a moral duty to sing the Have Gun Will Travel theme song whenever you use that in multiplayer. I hope you understand that.

DA:2 was better. It was a shitton more fun to play.
