So I wrote a book...called Zombie Titanic

Hello!

So obviously this is my first post, and I apologise in advance (and will happily delete this) if I'm in any way spamming. But I'm a big fan of Penny Arcade - I think Tycho's writing style has had a serious influence on my own - and I've just written my first book for grown-ups, which I think PA readers might like.

It's called Zombie Titanic. It's 35,000 words (ish) long and I think it's pretty funny. Last year I read a Chuck Palahniuk interview where he jokingly floated the idea that Titanic would have been better with zombies, National Novel Writing Month was coming up, and I thought it would be fun to see if I could get a comedy zombie book written in 30 days. I couldn't, obviously - I don't write that fast. But I ended up writing something that I enjoyed putting together, and then I realised it was the anniversary of the sinking and spent a month going of late nights and early mornings trying to finish it.

If you're a fan of the Jack and Rose blockbuster, bad news: it doesn't have a love story, or a youthful male lead, or a nice old lady. What it *does* have is a horrible old lady, a Victorian strongman, suffragettes, gatling guns, Darwinism, sharks, jiu-jitsu and an absolute shit-ton of zombies. You can read the first three (short) chapters on its Kindle page, which is here. I hope at least some people like it - feedback would be much appreciated.
