you'd think they could make its cooldown different based on what target it hits
like give it a long cooldown if you hit a synthetic but a short one if it just hits a dude
kind of like how (IIRC) biotics in ME2 have really fast cooldowns if you miss

the problem with the wraith is that the idea of a stronger, lighter eviscerator with fewer shots is actually pretty appealing
but since the eviscerator is rather common and the wraith is bound to be at level shit, the eviscerator ends up being lighter and not that much less stronger, with more shots
the arc pistol may not be shitty now
