Dark Elf Corsairs - Remove all Event tokens from the board and remove any Old World cards bearing the Twin-tailed Comet icon from the Old World track. Then, place one Event token in each of Estalia, Bretonnia and Norsca. - At the end of the battle phase, each player must remove one of his figures from each region where there is at least one Event token, if able.

No need for the strikethrough; that clause means that even if Slaanesh puts two of those into a region with a Noble or a Hero, it won't earn him a DAC. The nice thing is that with the updated rules it does qualify him for participation points from ruination.
