Double Spoiler Buttons in post.

in Tube's Circus Of Bug Reports and User Issues
So something I have been noticing a lot these past couple days are the double spoiler buttons. Both function the same, but its a weird little quirk. I took the first pictures I found of it, I have yet to see it I can duplicate the effect.

    I see that too occasionally. It seems to apply to every spoiler on the page when it happens.
