Hey, are you going to PAX?

I am!

It's at the Washington State Convention Center in Seattle, WA. It takes place Friday, August 31 2012 to Sunday, September 2 2012. If you're American, then the following Monday is Labor Day and you probably have the day off!

I have my passes ordered. Registration is here. 3-DAY PASSES ARE GONE, SATURDAY PASSES ARE GONE. Also, that link has info for exhibitors and media, if you're interested.

I also have my hotel room reserved. You can get your hotel through the PAX site, or find one on your own. If you get them through the PAX site, you can get a deal on nice hotels that are close to the convention center. Hotel reservations are here. HOTEL ROOMS ARE GOING FAST.

The schedule is also not up yet.

Myself and the waifu will be attending all three days. Debating on driving from Lacey vs. getting a hotel. With gas and parking costs may be pretty close...

Eh, we do day trips to Pike Place Market and/or Uwajimaiya about once a month anyways. Doing it three days in a row though...

Plus, I'd like to be able to drink with you fine folks, and driving home after that is not an option.

Decided that I'm not buying a pass this year. Nobody gives out good swag anymore, and I'd rather spend my weekend hanging out with people instead of spending three hours at a time waiting in line for things.

I kinda feel like getting a hotel room is a formality, I'll probably be passing out in various places if things go as planned.

Seattle has many nice accomodations for public drunks and the homeless.

We're pretty welcoming to all sorts of people on our benches and sidewalks.
