As you may have heard, Adam "MCA" Yauch died today after a three year battle with cancer of the parotid salivary gland. I can't really come up with anything clever to say right now, so if someone can make a better OP, go for it.
I do just want to say that I grew up loving these guys. I watched their ridiculous videos as a kid. I partied to their old albums throughout highschool, and spent a great deal of last year listing to Hot Sauce Committee.
If you grew up in the 80's or the 90's, these guys are a part of your DNA.
So let's party tonight in honour of MCA, Intergalactic style.
