I had to do this solo, so it took me a bit longer than I expected. I had to hand kill over 500 processes, and I went out for Wendys half way through. The site is now "partitioned" if you can call it that, 90% of the time, if the forums fail, the main site will stay afloat, and if the main site fails the forums will stay afloat. 50 sessions reserved for each and 10 reserved for administration (Ramius + Myself so we can get in and unclog things)

    Still a bit slow, but I can deal with slow better than MySQL errors interrupting EVERYTHING.

    Now I keep getting MySQL errors again. Like every other page. It's quite annoying. And I'm betting I'll get one when I try to post this.

    We really need a new host. Yes, HomeLAN is free, but I'll donate to get a better one.

    I think the load balancer died. Cluster pings showed some hosts as just flat up dead, and others as way way under their normal response times.
