[Chaos] CitOW Game 82 - In doldari's 7th Old World, who will be able to destroy it?

Welcome to Chaos in the Old World, Fantasy Flight Games' boardgame take at Games Workshop's famous fantasy IP. In this game, players take the role of one of the four Ruinous Powers of the universe (and a fifth, uninvited guest). Speaking of which, I believe this calls for some introductions.

jakobagger as Khorne
The Blood god - murder, maim, kill. Tends to win by dial victory, and earns advances by killing enemy figures. Straightforward to play, but must keep a close watch on everything that is happening to extend the game long enough to achieve victory (he needs nine dial ticks, so he has to double tick multiple times and prevent others from winning by VP before he gets there).
Spoiler:

BlackRaider as Nurgle
The Lord of Pestilence - spreading filth and disease among the cities and towns. Longest dial track, making a dial victory difficult, if not impossible. But Nurgle can benefit from others' ruinations and can shoot up the VP track in the mid-to-late game. Never out of contention.
Spoiler:

blahmcblah as Tzeentch
The Changer of Ways - making plans and reshaping reality to suit himself. Tzeentch is the most reliant of all the gods on his Chaos cards; his are cheaper and he gets to draw more of them than anyone else. Depending on the Old World deck, he can go for either a dial or VP victory, but he has to find Warpstones and cast magic spells in order to prepare regions for ideal corruption.
Spoiler:

Cutfang as Slaanesh
the Prince of Pleasure (and pain) - seducing the nobility and heroes of the land, swaying them to his side. With the shortest dial track, Slaanesh can win without ever double-ticking, and by focusing on regions with nobles can build up VP quickly.
Spoiler:

Gorden858 as the Horned Rat
The Undying Schemer - rising from under the ground with his skittering horde. Rather than seeking to corrupt the Old World, the Horned Rat instead strains to overrun it, with more figures than any other god and abilities that enhance their mobility.
Spoiler:

----

This will be a Play-By-Post game of Chaos in the Old World for 5 players. Invitations will be taken from the discussion thread and offered to the top 5 players on the main list. Once chosen, the players will decide which decks to use in this game.

Rules in effect for this game:
Morrslieb decks for Chaos cards
Expert Deck for Old World cards
Khorne's Bloodletter upgrade is only worth 1 VP per kill.

    1. Morrslieb
    2. Base or expert only (mixed is harder than expert only, in a frustrating way).
    3. If using Morrslieb chaos cards: T>S=K=H>N. If using base chaos cards: T>K>H>S>N
    4. Not sure about which nerf, but definitely one of them.

I probably shouldn't play just because I've been so awful lately, but I guess I'll join in the Expert-deck masochism. It looks like my OWC vote won't matter, since a majority has already expressed a preference for Expert. So no preferences here, I suppose.

Edit: Ah, what the hell, preference for Tzeentch despite having already proven that I am shit with him. Everyone else wants him, so I should too.

    Round 1-1. Old World Phases

    Draw 3 chaos cards each.

    The Horned One's Due
Remove all Event tokens from the board and remove any Old World cards bearing the Twin-tailed Comet icon from the Old World track. Then, place one Event token in each of Bretonnia and the Empire, or in each of Estalia and Tilea. - Only one Chaos card (rather than two) may be played in any region containing an Event token.

    Round 1-2. Draw Phases

Tzeentch may choose to discard one card before drawing.

Draw 2, 5 in hand, 19 left in deck, 0 discard
Draw 2, 5 in hand, 19 left in deck, 0 discard
    Draw 2 or 3, 5 in hand, 18 or 19 left in deck, 0 or 1 discard
Draw 2, 5 in hand, 19 left in deck, 0 discard
Draw 2, 5 in hand, 19 left in deck, 0 discard

    Things that need to happen:
    1. @Gorden858 place one Event token in each of Bretonnia and the Empire, or in each of Estalia and Tilea.
    2. @blahmcblah decide whether or not to discard chaos card.
    3. Start Summon Phase.
