Today a friend pointed out something while reading the penny arcade news article and I couldn't find it in there, so they showed me a screenshot and it as it turns out there is a little something called Penny Arcade Report that should be between tycho and gabe's post, yet I can't see it.
I tried three different browsers and turned off noscript/adblock entirely to test things out, but it's still not there. Is it blocked on some regions or something?
