Orcs are equipped with light armour, a shield and a hand weapon. On the D6 roll of a 5 or 6 they may carry spears or bows. On the D6 roll of a 5 or 6 they may ride war boars if the player wishes.
Now we know your state as you prepare to join the constant cycle of war of the Chaos Wastes, the question is, how did you get there? What was your previous life? When did your more outwardly obvious signs of corruption begin and what impact did they have? What events lead to your pilgrimage to the Chaos Wastes and how was the journey? How and what point did you pick up your retinue?
Small backstory go go go.

Croms past involved wandering from hold to hold offering his services to the highest bidder. It was said that no Dwarf could match him in combat, and his unrelenting fury made all but the strongest willed flee before him. While passing through the deadly underground lava pits of his homeland he was disrupted by a deafening crack. The ground was torn asunder and a snarling magma drake clawed its way to the surface.
The beast stood on its hind legs, standing 15 feet tall, roaring with all its might. Its deep red scales dripping with lava. It looked at Crom with hungry eyes.
Crom stood fast, “make a meal of me will you” he growled grabbing his axe. He flung himself at the beast and for hours they fought, deep gashes being carved out of his flesh, his blood hitting the red hot ground in a sizzling splash. Eventually he dazed the beast with a slash to its eyes and drove his axe through its iron hard skull.
Victorious and exhausted, he laughed, a crazed and insane laugh. In his battle fevered delirium he began to eat the beast. His lips burning with every mouthful, his gut boiling with scolding flesh, yet he did not stop. He consumed the beast in its entirety.
Satisfied with his meal and overcome with fatigue he drifted into a deep sleep.
A dark voice spoke to him, "I have been watching you Crom. Accept my gifts, be my chosen and you shall never lack combat, my brothers will see to that".
Before he could answer the voice, Crom felt the overwhelming power of the entity pour over him. The flesh he consumed, it was coming together, binding inside him. He awoke, flames bursting from his mouth. His wounds, healed. His frame, larger with dark red scales running down his neck. His gut now extended, bloated from the heat generated by his new found power. Crom clenched his fist and smiled.
Compelled, he headed directly towards the Chaos Wastes. Just on the outskirts he came across a minor Orc tribe, desperate to test his new power he walked through the camp slashing this way and that. Heads rolled, limbs were severed and bodies torn asunder. He made his way to the Orc chieftain, incinerating his rag tag body guards in one mighty breath and flooring the broad Orc boss, Dungnab, with a single almighty head butt. Looking around the camp was aflame and in ruins.
With a wicked grin Crom completed his journey to the chaos wastelands to see how much more power he could take for himself.
The Orc boss, with no other option followed Crom, at a safe distance. Crom tolerated Dungnab, to Crom he was nothing more then a moth following a flame.

Mystery Mark (don't know if this applies to Nurgle, but what the heck): 21
Release the minion(s) of Nurgle: 89
Will keep this space open once I decide on a decent backstory for Agnus.
@blammcblah Don't think of it as all of them being taken, think of it as no need to plug a gap so free choice! Or kick off the process of a group effort in randomly generating a minor Chaos power to pledge to.
@Prime that is excellent, don't hide it in a spoiler!
I'm almost thinking we could do with an in character thread to keep track of finished products. Or an Obsidian Portal wiki or something.

Ok removed, I await further instructions!
Might be an idea to seperate, or at least colour code rolls and IC fluff in posts.

Yet more Chaos Dwarves! This time a powerful (magic level 3) sorcerer.
Mark of Slaanesh:
A new champion of Slaanesh becomes more self assured and determined. His willpower is increased by +1 to show this.
Chaos Attribute - Bestial Face:
The mutant's face becomes identical to that of some sort of beast. The mutant's fear points are increased by 1. Determine the nature of the new face by rolling D10 and consulting the following table:
1-2 The mutant gains the face of the beast of its patron power. In your case a Fiend of Slaanesh.
3-9 The mutant's visage alters into that of a goat and it gains a gore attack (A+1)
10 Roll a further D20
Retinue - D6 Human runaways:
A group of runaways presents itself to the champion, looking for a new life serving Chaos. They are armed with basic hand weapons such as clubs, staves, wood-axes and long knives. On a D6 roll of 4 or more they may carry bows.
Slaanesh Spells:
Level 1 - Acquiescence
The caster reaches out and touches the victim's forehead. The victim immediately enters a blissful, euphoric state for the remainder of the battle. All characteristics are halved. On each turn roll a D6, 1-3 the target is unable to do anything but stand and smile mindlessly, 4-6 the target can act but is subject to stupidity.
Special effect on servants of Slaanesh. Target is filled with a sense of well-being and a reassuring air of unreality. It becomes immune to psychology but Initiative is reduced by 2.
Special effect on servants of Khorne. Victim's personality is subjected to an unwelcome but ecstatic pitch of voluptuous enjoyment, His nervous system cracks under the strain and his mind boils. Staggers in a random direction and collapses and dies of uncontrollable delight.
Level 2 - Pavane of Slaanesh:
Cast at a group of four or more creatures not involved in hand to hand. The victims can do nothing but dance lewdly to the sound of unearthly music that only they can hear. Any attack on the unit will break the spell.
Level 3 - Beam of Slaanesh:
A ranged version of Acquiescence transmitted by a dazzling rainbow beam of light from the caster's fingertips.
Final stats:

The caravan crawled closer to the Northern Wastes and the grumbling of the guards was louder each night. The risk, they would say, was too great, but my master was an ambitious dwarf who knew of the great wealth, ancient artifacts and priceless works, left scattered about the tents of some ignorant chieftain after the summer raids. My master's house, once my own, had waned in power, and he needed this expedition to fund its revival. Had my master not been an accomplished practitioner of powerful magics, none would have dared follow him in to the wastes. Yet magic takes its toll on my kind, and already his body had begun to transform, shifting from flesh to stone, making his movements slow and rigid. His entire left hand was now hard as rock, a point which I could attest with each strike to the back of my head as my own studies failed to produce satisfactory results.
The magic of my people combines the arcane and the power of machines and black powder. It is solid and firm, like most Dwarves, but though I feel the winds of magic, the scrawlings of my books twist in my mind, worming their way from my memory. What did my people hope to accomplish with such cantrips and spells? Such rugged devices could not compare to the simple pleasures of life: the taste of strong drink, the feel of the slave as she quivers beneath her captor, the sweet embrace of soft fabrics on hard flesh. A love for the finer things is lost on them, hence my tutelage with a disgraced master and a suicide excursion to the northern wastes.
And yet, I dreamed. Every night, of sweet voices, alluring beasts, and sensations so powerful it could melt the mind of a weaker being. More often I found myself abandoning my books to carouse with the human slaves brought along to serve the caravan. I brought them ale and wine and shared the whispers in my dreams. Whispers of temptation, indulgence, and freedom. The closer we come to the wastes, the stronger the whispers became, until finally, my master and his guards confronted me as I abandoned my studies yet again to indulge myself.
He threatened me, claimed he would kill me. He was so stiff, so worried about his status and power that he could not see the sensations he was missing. I had to show him, him and the guards, what wonderful feelings they were missing in their simple lives. The whispers spun in my mind, forming words and arching through my finger tips. Dazzling colors shot from my hands, streaming over and through those rough figures standing before me. The look of shock on my master's face shifted, wide eyes closing, clenched muscles loosening.
They danced then, an incredible sight. Never, to my knowledge, had any of them danced before, but oh how they moved. They danced for me, for my human slaves, around a great fire, until one by one, they collapsed, their hearts bursting. All except my master. As magic had begun turning his body to stone, so to did my gift, and as the others fell, his movements only slowed. I watched, for six days, as his movements dwindled, like a construct losing power but too well made to stop entirely, until finally he froze, a perfect monument of stone standing over the dead.
The slaves looked on me, as the sixth day ended, wide eyed and awed. Most of them fled, finally free of the enchmantment and realizing their plight. One loyal follower though, approached me: "Your face, my lord..." he murmured, as he held up a looking glass. The shape had changed, bones made alien, tusks protruding through my cheeks, like the beasts from my dreams. I felt a smile, a rare thing in my people. I had become a beautiful beast for a new, great power, one that called me to the frozen wastes. I turned North, and my devoted slave followed.

True to the Changer of Ways, Beastmen of Tzeentch are spectacularly variable. They always have at least one outstanding feature, either brightly coloured or exotically patterned fur, or impressively coloured or shaped horns. Roll for mutation as usual but Tzaangors always have at least one attribute. Beastmen use hand weapons and carry a mixture of armour and shields giving them a 6+ save. On a D6 roll of 5 or 6 they may also carry a spear or a bow.
The basic chance of beastmen having starting chaos attributes is 50% . If they have any, roll 1D3 to determine how many.
@DaMoonRulz I missed that this applies to your vanilla beastmen as well so roll to see if they get any attributes. If they do then it's back out with the D1000s.

So, first roll the 50% chance to see if they have any attributes. If they do roll 1D3 to see how many, and that many D1000s to see what they are.

Are the beastmen super mutated?: 1d2 1
Just one attribute.
What mutation do they have?: 1d1000 837
The unit's members have a tendency to dribble or drool and many spray saliva from their mouths when talking. A few members of the unit have a highly corrosive saliva which damages anything it touches. Every second model may spit a S3 acid attack up to 10 yards. 1 fear point.
You'll have to come up with their more obvious but cosmetic mutations yourself.
