    Well the oscars are basically to congratulate movies for excelling in key areas of the movie production. SO a video game version of that would probably be similar in ways of "Best Voice Acting" "Best Musical Score" "Best Game Aesthetic" "Most Engaging/Imersive Game" "Best Overworld" and so on and so forth.

    what about G4s attempt before the network got all...well stupid, back when 90% of the content was game reviewing and discussion either by people who actually played the games or the content written by writers who played the games, i mean look at the catagories, Wikipedia does a just representation, and it was plauged with alot of the problems of the spike awards but it did a lot right
