My friend Sue (I went to high school with her in my rinky dink podunk PA hometown and now she is one of NYC's best female comedians according to Time Out New York) is recording a comedy EP with some other rad folks this Friday: http://treehousetheaternyc.com/event/not-so-secret-recordings/

Do you bros realize that this thread was on page 4? You all need to up your game.
Now that is out of the way:
WEDNESDAY WEDNESDAY WEDNESDAY! (that is, tomorrow)
I am getting into the reasonably large apple around lunchtime, having some meetings for work things, and then at a work function at Latitude on 8th between 46th and 47th from 4:30 to 7:30 PM. I am leaving early the next morning.
If you bros want to put something together, (maybe a drink someplace around 8pm?), let's do this thang. I know it is late / a late notice, but if anyone is in the area (Hakks is) or can make it over I would love to see u bros and catch up on all the happenings.
hey jeffreeeyyyy.....how did you get to this concert, jeffreeeyy? jeffrey what's your favorite dave mathews song jeffrey? jeffrey i didn't mean to say that jeffreeey.....

DEEBS plz no! Why you gotta pick a faraway place? I was thinking more midtown where Gooey and I are already going to be because like...it's convenient and it's late and a school night!
we also talked about some tiki bar in hells kitchen and some other place and a fine restaurant by this gentleman named gui fiero or something like that

Hm, not sure how realistic it is for me to get all the way up to East 60th from West Soho when I'm only getting out of work at 8pm and then back down to get home. I will have to drop back to a maybe, depends on how bad the weather is.

Eddy ilu but I don't really feel like it's centrally located?
poking around Google I have found some single $, "cavernous, dimly-lit" probably hilariously fake Irish pub called the Blarney Stone on 47th and 8th. Has the advantage of being cheap and right next door to Latitude (easy for Gooey).
obviously I am biased in favor of making things most easiest on myself *shellfish planner*

Here's the dinner we had on Sunday
Endive w/ Pears, Walnuts, Parm
I didn't take a picture. The hors d'oeuvres were delcious, but not really visually exciting.
Bitter Lettuces w/ Roasted Apples, Candied Bacon Vinaigrette (yeah, this is basically the BEST salad EVAH.)
Osso Buco w/ Leeks and Garlic
Sweet /Tart Peppers, Chickpeas in Spicy Broth
There was a cute cilantro garnish, but it got eaten
Saffron Rice w/Dates, Roasted Lemon, Herbs
plated with the rest of the meal
Bourbon Brown Sugar Caramelized Apple Cake, Cream
These dinners are dope. You should get your asses on the mailing list and come through
