when i woke up this morning i noticed that my internet was going at a really slow pace so i checked my network connections. This is what i saw

obviously this isnt what i would normally see. I have tried running adaware, spybot, and various virus scans to see if any spy/malware was the cause of this but all of the searches found nothing. Doing system restores didnt help either. Anyone have any ideas?
