I think the overarching point, though, is that regardless what name we choose, we are going to have a great, welcoming group to accompany us on our journeys.
I think it matters not though. We have a vote bit going no point to really argue the legitimacy of one name or the other, in my opinion. Time will tell and all of that, long as no one decides to get butthurt and attempt to mess up the vote sigh

If you're looking at 'Nice Guy' in that way you're taking it out of context and interpreting it in an entirely different manner than it's intended to be. I'm sorry, but get over yourselves. It's an acronym thinly veiled as a dick joke. At this point due to the popularity of other names like Falafell House, Omega Hare, and Ghost in the Linkshell there is very little chance the guild will be named WANG. The Raid Call channel is there as an alternative to the PA Vent, so you can use either, neither, or both.
