How to find rare music, need help.

I am running out of ideas trying to find a copy of the soundtrack for District B13 originally titled Banlieue 13 in france. It had a cd soundtrack that was released in 2004 however it was very limited. I have found a few copies online from french retailers however they do not ship to the US. If anyone has any good resources for finding and importing rare music whether its in digital (iTunes) or CD form could you let me know. The information on the soundtrack is below. I am looking to buy it not pirate it, just need help finding it. Thanks -

    I live in the UK and used to practice parkour, and my uncle produced the Jump films - I have a few links to that community. Let me see what I can dig up for you.

    Also, I guess this should probably be in H/A...
