    Is that the cat in the top of the first panel, jumping between the treetops?

    I wonder if including a cat in every strip was the original plan, or if she just saw comments and incorporated it?

    After I did the original feral cats comic, I decided I wanted to hide one in every new comic I did. My first webcomic has the title hidden in every first panel and it's proven fun to do, so I wanted to do something similar with Camp W. Also it's just really fun to draw cats.

    And thanks everyone who said they liked the gag! I wish I could take credit, but my boyfriend Adam came up with this joke. :]

    in frame 1, at the top of the frame, where the two tree canopies almost touch

    in other words: from the center of the apple, go diagonally left and up; if you reach the frame border, you have gone too far
