It says Trystane is heir to Dorne, which by rights means both Quentyn and Arianne aren't in the show? Will it be one of the sand snakes organizing Myrcella's escape now? Or will the event which kills a kingsguard, further inflames dorne, and scars myrcella be left out?

I'd label that one under "its a press release for show watchers", who will likely forget who is heir to what when it happens
I wouldn't put too much canonical emphasis on any of that text, but since the show is its own beast, its more than likely theyre condensing the martel heirs.
cutting Quentyn all together would be very interesting to see, as his plot goes nowhere except showing how much GRRM likes to think hes gonna be a happy prince and get the girl (who actually thought that during their first read? dude was doomed)

Huh. Yeah I'd expect Arianne to have been cast at this point, too. I guess Trystane will take her place in the story.
Considering Arys Oakheart and Darkstar aren't on there either, seems like that plotline got cut down pretty significantly.
I also would've thought Quentyn would've appeared next season considering how fast Dany's story is going, maybe not. Hope they didn't cut him entirely.
