Ok, a noob question: Looking on Serebii about Hidden Abilities I came across something that did not compute. Tyrantum has the Hidden Ability of Rock Head but the entry say that it is Not Available. What exactly does that mean? Is there some way to breed that onto one? Just kinda curious.

I won the shiny lottery. Was breeding charmanders and it only took 88 to get a shiny using the Matsuda method (using pokes from two different regions).

If you breed a japanese region poke with a north american ditto, it still counts for the masuda method, right? I have a japanese 4-5 IV honedge and a 5 IV Fenniken (Blaze..ugh) from there..

At the moment, that's what it is.

A future Wii U version is definitely possible, but who knows.

Pokken Tournament was trademarked in Europe and the US. Arcades are not such a presence in the US, not sure about Europe. I hold out hope that means it'll be console bound.

All Namco fighting games generally hit arcade first and then consoles. I just hope that we don't have to wait the two years it took Tekken 6 to hit consoles.

I'm not too worried about the 'in Japan' tag since they released the trailer in English.

Also, it's Pokémon, which almost always comes stateside.

Someone on Gaf put together a list showing how long it was before the Tekken games made their console debut:

The arcade version is typically a huge balance test. The home version will get tweaked based on the data they get. Its gamfreak though so they dont care about balance! 4-8 months tops

They're suggesting it's only going to have Fighting-type pokémon. They've only shown Lucario, Blaziken, and Machamp.

So looking at Pokken and Hyrule Warriors, is this Nintendo's new approach to attracting third parties? People don't normally buy third party titles on Nintendo consoles, so they'll dress them up with first-party appearances (and first party quality-control)?
