I am using a Cintiq Companion Hybrid with Manga Studio 5 on an iMac. I am a designer by trade so I also use Adobe CS everyday. I still do some traditional work as well, the Drake City piece is a combination of ink on bristol and Photoshop colors. I use a pentel pocketbrush when I ink and a non-repro blue pencil for my initial sketching when working traditionally (although I replicate the process digitally as well... old habits die hard).
