that place is way too family oriented

my place would be aimed at uni students
i would say high school students but those guys cant drink
it wouldnt be so much of a party place
more like a combination of the best parts of a small dingy video arcade and a decent sized bar with couch seating where you can relax

    so basically
    toned down and dim lights

our lead coordinator here used to be a trader and I ran my club idea by her and she loved it. She suggested that it would be great to have a reputation for the best steak sandwiches and bloody marys in town

The property market in Australia is kind of insane at the moment, and I was starting to think I'd never be able to move out of my parent's house. But, I was just looking at properties in Perth online and I think I've found the perfect place.

What do you think, guys? Should I make an offer?

Except with actual video games and not every God damn game being some sport piece of trash or racing game.

Weaver, my offer of financial backing stands. I strongly urge you to consider it.

Man the only way your monopoly money could help me is if I take it to a recycle center and get $2.00 for all the paper.

Weavers place is the kind of joint you'd find Patrick Bateman eating at.....

This makes me want to go there so hard.

Go to the places rich people already hang out and pitch your idea.

restaraunts are extremely difficult to find investors for.

You can try to go to Capital groups, these are businesses that specialize in co-ordinating investors.
