Hey, I brought my ticket for the Sunday on the 10th or so and I still haven't received anything yet?
I couldn't find a email to send them a message so what do you think I should do? Can I enter pax without it?

This is my bank transaction for it, if you need it.
you cannot enter pax without your pass. It's possible you may need to pick it up at the show, but that email should be able to tell you.
