I used one for a while and it was great to try out a bunch of games or play through the story of games I knew I'd never replay. I used Gameaccess in Canada and it was like 11 bucks a month I think? You got to have one game at a time - you could pay more to have more games or faster shipping. I only quit when I joined PSN and got the instant game collection thing going.
Gamefly is the equivalent in the US but there are probably a bunch more.
Also I've actually been neglecting my poor PS4 in favor of the Wii U recently, but next week are the Resident Evil remake and Saints Row IV on PS4 (though I'm gonna wait till Saints Row drops price)
