I've been to PAX East 4 times and am going to PAX South next weekend. Overall, I'm very happy with the experience but I can't seem to get the badges sent to my house. I just got my badges in the mail... at my parents house. Again. Why is there even an option to select a different shipping address than the billing address? My badges have been sent to my billing address instead of the chosen shipping address... Every. Single. Time.
