Welcome to Rokkenjima Mansion - October 4, 1986.
The stage is set for the annual gathering of the Ushiromiya Family.
The patriarch of the Ushiromiya family has summoned his progeny to discuss the oft-debated subject of his inheritance.
It's well known that the Ushiromiya family's founder, Kinzo, has grown ill as of late.
Each of Kinzo's children claim to have the best laid plans for putting his wealth to use, and each has brought members of their own family to the conference in hopes of winning his favor.
They have all been deceived.
Kinzo has plans of his own: the enactment of a ritual decades in the making.
The summoning of the legendary Golden Witch of Rokkenjima: Beatrice.
To survive and claim a fortune beyond measure, one must only solve the witch's epitaph, and discover the true paradise awaiting in the Golden Land.
This is a story of both mystery and fantasy. Could the culprit truly be a witch, or merely a delusional mortal killer?
Strive to solve the epitaph, or when the seagulls cry, there will be no one left alive.
Such is the inimitable power of the red truth.
It's a useless dream to try and kill me. Even if you shoot lead bullets, they will rebound to your pitiful body as if from a mirror.
However, there is one way to kill me. It is possible for you to grasp that method with your own hands.
But it may prove impossible for a simpleton like you. EHIHIHIHIHIHIHI.
This will be a 19 person game. Mechanics are traditional, as are the roles.
There will be traditional specials and mafia. No conversions.

If the video just showed random action scenes, I can understand someone getting the impression that it's just generic anime, but there's a lot more to it.
