@ObiFett it took me and my other two buddies almost three hours to finish a 32 and 34 PoE... One of them is...not great at Prison. Wednesday night felt a ton more productive, doing a 34, bounties, plus a full HM Vault run that went super smooth because PA bros are best bros.

Hey everyone, just an FYI. I hopped onto the Xbox One group on The 100, and noticed we lost about 10 members overnight. Turns out the site will auto-remove you from a group if you haven't been active in it for 30 days. (I myself got removed from the Xbox 360 group, despite being its creator.)
If you want to get back in, just re-apply and we'll approve you again.
(Turns out that is an optional feature, and I have turned it OFF so you won't have to worry about it again in the future.)

Cool. Finally got Unbroken on Shores of Time in Iron Banner. A few tense moments such as when I was double rushed at heavy and had to fend off a blink shotgun and blade dancer with only my thorn and grenades, but somehow pulled it out 15-4-0. I gotta admit once the game reached 18k points I kinda hid a bit

Managed to pick up two of the VoG weapons I needed (Vision and P. Revenge) + Chatterwhite. Fun times.

I'm a little mystified by level advantages being on in Iron Banner. The people who most need Etheric Lights are level 32s like myself. But I basically can't contribute against teams of all 34s, so it's really hard for me to actually grind enough Iron Banner rep to get to the Etheric Lights.
Kinda frustrating.

I've gotten so close to Flawless Victory a couple of times and I'd really like to get it before the expansion hits.
I'm a little mystified by level advantages being on in Iron Banner. The people who most need Etheric Lights are level 32s like myself. But I basically can't contribute against teams of all 34s, so it's really hard for me to actually grind enough Iron Banner rep to get to the Etheric Lights.
Kinda frustrating.
32s aren't at a significant disadvantage. And even if you're terrible, it's pretty easy to get to Rank 3 by just doing the 10,000 points and 15 Control Captures bounties, assuming your team wins every once in a while.
Does anyone want to team up for Trials this weekend at all? It would be my first weekend giving it a go (32 currently). Also wouldn't mind doing PoE or running weekly stuff.

Nah man, as long as you're using a decent weapon in there, you'll be just fine. Your supers still kill, your feet still capture, etc. Also the bounties are quite advantageous.
If you really feel like you're getting pushed around, ascend an exotic and get to 33.

This. You still get something for losses in Banner in the form of bounty progress and redeemable loss tokens. Now Trials on the other hand :P
This gets pointed out every time someone complains about this bounty, but it includes assists. Hang back, tag people with your MIDA, and focus on not dying.
It will have the side effect of making you an infinitely better Crucible player, too.
