Kwoaru I just finished Korra recently, so dang rad.
It was so rad
My only gripes are that
they leaned really heavy on the cgi in book 4 (the robots and blimps) because I just really hate the way that type of animation looks and also that the internet got all excited and the final korra/asami moment was both spoiled and way over-hyped
But i can't really get mad at the show (or the internet really) for that, cause it was pretty good
Also I wish they'd had more episodes because I think everything could have used just a little more time and been just a little more fleshed out. I wouldn't actually change the plot or character moments just spend a little more time on them or something
Also, to be honest, when people actually really do enforce that shit in large numbers, it can be kinda counterproductive.
I've had times where I came into a thread where people were spoilering everything really spoilerish, which sounds good!
But everyone was pretty much exclusively talking about spoilers. It was like consecutive pages of almost nothing but spoiler tags, and browsing it kinda felt like
I actually said 'Nooooo!' aloud when it was shot. Not loud, just audible.
I also forgot that Fili and Kili died in the Hobbit, I thought they died in the backstory of Moria with Balin, but I got Oin mixed up with them, I guess.
First thing I would do is go back in time to the first day they opened the timecop academy and make sure to be first on the waiting list to go and kill Hitler.
Then killing Hitler.
You have to beat the summer rush.
Who's this Hitler? You mean Susan, in accounting? She seems nice...

People who brag about figuring out the Sixth Sense twist are the worst.
I was watching it on good ol' VHS back in the day, on the phone with a friend as I watched the opening scene, not paying attention. When I was finally done and kept watching the movie, I was confused as shit. "Didn't this guy die already? What the hell is going on."
So I didn't so much figure out the twist as I was super duper confused the entire time.
Humor can be dissected as a frog can, but dies in the process.

All good points. I thought the Colossus animation was good because it made it feel like an almost alien force of destruction, but it took me a long time to stop balking at the mecha-suits. As someone who is really prickly about spoilers I was kinda annoyed that Korra/Asami got spoiled, but I can't get mad because a) I understand how important/inspirational it is to have Bi heroes (in a Nick show, no less) and b) since I knew about it before Season 3 was released here, I was able to view the hints of their relationship from a knowing perspective.
And more episodes would have been great, but considering the clip show was put in to sidestep having to fire people, I can't blame them for that.
I really liked U.N.C.L.E. but I pretty much like everything Ritchie does. One thing that amused me is Caville is supposed to be the suave thief and Hammer is supposed to be a big brute but even in their suits it was clear Hammer is not very big and Caville is currently built like a brick shithouse.

Oh, but it was!
And the events happened in real time!
There's a Korra thread somewhere. It's probably been inactive so long it'd be half way to necroposting though, so good luck finding it.
Yeah, that's what I get for taking like a year finally finish it It was so rad

People are generally pretty cool about spoilers, there.
We try our best to not ruin it for the uninitiated.
The mountains in the distance on either side of the spirit world light beam have the exact same color palette.
Possibly a coincidence, but fun to notice.
The Korra thread or the SU thread?
Don't go to the SU thread if you haven't caught up
We're actually really bad about spoilers at times, haha

If some of y'all want to ruin it for anyone else, that ain't on me. :P

I disagree with some of it, but it's pretty cool seeing how the eras shaped the movies, and then shaped the following movies.
And they also agreed with us that the 90's was not that good.

I utterly misremembered, because I thought the hidden blade still required it then.
Someone new. Possibly the Inquisition.

though it does provide the advantage of being able to close your fist with the blade extended
*almost certainly only if you live in Los Angeles
Who am I kidding? OF COURSE they are filming in Brainerd.
