Obejct Dock conflicting with Start Taskbar. [Solved]

So I turned on my laptop today and only a little square of my object dock or Star dock was visible with no active icons. And the taskbar which was moved to the top of my screen was completely gone. However if i exited out of object dock the taskbar reappears.
I uninstalled and reinstalled stardock and nothing happened. Did virus scans, cc cleans, reboot. Nada. When I reinstalled and ran stardock the same issue occurred were the task bar vanishes.
Anyone know how to fix this issue? Or are there any other shortcut organizers anyone recomends?
