overall I think that 2015 was far better year than i gave it credit for initially, because the most incredible things happened throughout it that I can't be upset with really:
I don't know if there's anything I would even change about this year. I'm going to focus on the great things that happened rather than the negatives.

I got a car?
Perhaps I'll make it my new years resolution to post here more, that would be healthy right?
I went on my depression meds in 2014... I got a new job last year.. I got a new apartment last year.. I actually went to the doc last year, I went to GenCon last year, I helped playtest a game last year, so on. So 2014 was a huge leap.
But thinking back on it... 2015 was all about establishing things and building on my successes. I was able to perform two major car repairs and be comfortable with them and their costs. My reputation at work is growing, and I'm in line for a pay raise. I've started letting go and selling some of the things I've held onto for over a decade... So while the progress has been less, it hasn't been bad. And it's still upwards, which is the important bit.
January: Turned 28, celebrated 2 full years at my job, went to the first PAX South (first time in Texas) which was awesome.
February: Didn't do much of anything.
March: Got hit by a car that one of the teacher's I work with was driving. Thankfully she wasn't going too fast. Only missed a week of work. Went to PAX East (awesome).
April - September: I don't really remember anything of significance happening except for shitty times at work.
October: FLOPAX, which was awesome
November - December: Nothing much. Grew a beard, though. That was neat.
Pretty standard year when you basically avoid doing anything out of your comfort zone! Although I do think I am working towards finally going back to writing everyday/as a habit/hobby. That will be nice. I've certainly been reading more lately.
Gosh if I keep this sort of momentum going in 2016 who knows where I'll be.
Kidney Stones.
Memory Problems and memory deletions due to seizures and a small point in time where the Crohn's hit the CNS. Have spent some time rereading old posts and things, and some other stuff I wrote to myself. Odd experience.
Got promoted at the new job.
Bought a ring and proposed to my girl.
Currently in an AirBnB in Montreal with her to ring in the new year, it's pretty sweet.
I started a new career which pays significantly less, is considerably more physically demanding, and is inherently dangerous!
I bought yoga pants!
Also, we got a bigger living arrangement and are working on paying off my stupid credit card!
2 grandparents died, last remaining having consistent health/depression issues
job continued to suck
Hopefully 2016 is better
Pretty alright year.
Listened to a bunch of Phantogram (I know Voices came out early 2014 but it's still my most played album of 2015).
Got a promotion (kinda wish I hadn't).
Started a relationship for the first time in over a decade.
Had a relationship end on me for the first time in over a decade.
Was reminded what romantic affection felt like.
Was reminded of what the absence of affection feels like.
Saw a new Star Wars movie. I had my problems with it but my love for Star Wars was certainly renewed by it.
Probably going to start 2016 by buying a car.
Found hope for my future.

Met a bunch of new cool people both here and all over the globe.
