it depends, but mexican-made chili verde usually has fresh jalapeños ground right up into the sauce, which can make it pretty damn spicy if you get quite a few seeds in there

Not that it's not delicious, but it's just not spicy.
I have had meals from Taco Bell that would be comparable.
