Is The Trenches dead? Is it coming back? There have not been any announcements or updates that I've heard of, but for some reason it's still on the main page.

    To the best of my understanding, the plan is to wrap the Trenches up with this season. It's currently on creative hiatus while that's being worked on. There are some roadblocks etc that I don't really want to talk about.

    I've had a raspberry-something lager from Shock Top that tasted like cheap cough syrup, a raspberry lambic that was very good but so carbonated it seemed more like champange than beer, and some limited release raspberry coffee porter that was very good the first time I had it, but subsequent batches have been lacking in sufficient raspberryness.

    I would like to have a drink tonight, but I also have to work early tomorrow, and by the time I'm done with putting the kids to bed and the evening chores I won't really have much time to enjoy it. It'd be pretty much 'have drink, go to sleep', which seems silly.

    Maybe next Friday, though.

    There's a craft brewery that opened up where I live called Hydra Beer Company. I intend to visit it sometime soon, and I expect that if I drink one beer, two more will rise to take its place.
