People were using the Civil War thread for MCU stuff but he locked it because it wasn't specifically about Civil War anymore but it is Comic Con and there is lots of news to post so who knows
They've said that he wasn't the comics version since he was announced, he's an ally of Stephen's and mixes Mordo with elements of other supporting characters Strange has had
Also announced, Civil War 2: The Oath, an epilogue by Nick Spencer which features Hydra Steve Rogers as the mediator at the peace table between Carol and Tony
