Problems with orders from Devolver's Merch booth?

I know it's a little late to be posting in here but I had to give Devolver time to try and sort this out. I ordered a copy of the Hotline Miami 1 Vinyl from the Devolver merch booth while at PAX. I got a Square receipt in my inbox and we were told they'd ship soon after the show. I never received anything else regarding it or any sort of tracking number.

It's been over a month since the show now and still nothing despite daily mail checks. I've emailed both Devolver's digital and physical customer service emails without response. I really don't know what to do now other than request a chargeback on my card which I'd hate to do but I'm being left without any other options. The only other thing I can think of is trying to get in touch with them via an official Facebook (if there is one, there wasn't an official subreddit I could find) and that seems like a terrible route to have to go.

Has anyone else had problems receiving something they ordered (not purchased outright) at the show from the Devolver booth? Has anyone who ordered the HM1 vinyl actually received it yet? And does anyone know how to get in touch with some customer service since they apparently don't check the emails posted on their website?

    It took them a long time to get my order, but i got it around the time you posted this. If you havent gotten it yet, reach out to them again.

    Try twitter, as they responded to me really fast that way.

    I found a third (why are there three separate CS accounts for a relatively small company?) CS email on their Facebook account, so I reached out to that. I did get a response and eventually got the vinyl at the end of October but their response to everything has just been incredibly slow. Even after a CS rep reached out to me it took weeks just to hear back from them again, much less to get anything resolved. I'm glad we finally got the vinyl as my boyfriend was really excited for it after the Hotline Miami 2 ones sold out forever ago but now I'm still waiting on a refund they told me I'd get. At least I've got the merch in-hand so it's not as big a deal now if I get my money back or not (I was never too put-out about losing the money as long as I got what I paid for) but this has been so much drama over something that should've been rather simple.
