so i ended up buying Pax East tickets this year [4] and due to my living circumstances had to use my last place of residence. my brother did the same however and bought tickets [4]too with same household mailbox. we sent in a email stating our problems several months ago and after roughly 3 months of no reply we both received a email stating they have cancelled both our ticket reservations.
we both buy the tickets for ourselves and respective friends and have both gone the past 5 years. does anyone know how to fix this.
