Actually in my first infant school we wore shirt and tie (and a grey jumper), but in my junior school after that we wore the collared T outfit (they actually introduced uniforms when I was in around year 4 if I remember correctly.

My school is building some huge underground parking structure, and we were drunk and went down into hole to look around. I'd already been in once, and it was super-cool, so I was taking a different friend. Plus there weren't even any signs posted, and the fence door was left open.
Then, like, three cop cars all converged on us, and it was bad news bears. Fortunately, my friend has military ID and they were totally ex-marines. It felt a little gross to receive blatant favoritism, but I wasn't about to rock the boat. I don't want a ticket, or to spend the night in the drunk tank.
They wanted to give you hot marine buttsecks.... Really though, my dad is an retired marine and for some reason marines just have this like special bond where they are like "yo man, i have your back" kind of thing. And when they see a navy guy, they shake their heads in disgust.

Well there are two major forum software. On one side you have free open-source phpBB, and on the other you have vBulletin which charges $80 a year or $180 ($30 for updates if you want them) for life. They're both fairly stable and easy to modify if you know what you're doing, except that phpBB is plagued with spambots. I'm hoping phpBB 3 will fix that problem, but that won't be out for a couple months.
In terms of hosting, you won't need anything too fancy, just make sure you have a fair ammount of bandwidth available and one or two sql databases. You can get some fairly cheap hosting at [URL="http://www.1&1.com"]1&1[/URL] and they'll throw in a domain name for free. You probably won't need anything fancy for a homepage, unless you just throw the forum on the front page.
I have enough to feel vaguely bad, but good lord do I not have enough to actually ask for punishment.
Basically what I'd like to do is have buttons for voting, stat trackers (who Person X voted for while a monster vs. when not a monster), maybe some other various tools for people running the games.
I'm looking for a) web design software, and b) how-tos or books. I have to go, but any suggestions would be helpful.

Alright, I could help you as far as site design and forum running goes, but i don't know anything about specialized mods like that. You may have to just learn php.

edit: what im really saying is that yeah you could probably customize the boards to do that, but mods such as those are not exactly available so you will probably have to make them yourself.
