Inking mistakes: Need some advice...

Question to inkers:

When you make a mistake while inking, do you use whiteout to fix it up, or any special white ink pen?

Just curious. I've have some smudges I want to clean up, and I'd rather do it outside of photoshop so my original art looks nice:)
