Mac bootcamp right click command key question...

Okay, so I had to do a fresh install of Boot Camp (Win XP) yadda yadda hard drive failure yadda yadda, so it's all nice and I can right click using the 2 fingers on the trackpad and click, but I KNOW that in my previous install I could use the right command key as a right click trigger... did I install some app to do that? Or... how do I get that back? It was nice.
Also, perhaps a way to switch the Windows and alt key would be nice, considering the layout on Mac keyboards.
