what's my antuque junk worth?

I bought a place on a farm that has a giant 20 foot long shoe repair machine in the basement. It's hella old and hella worthless... to me.

Are there any good forums around that one could post the specs for this type of thing so find out what the ballpark price it's worth is?

    If I were you I would haul some lights down there, get some photos, and contact auction houses to see if they know anything.

    It depends on what condition it is in. You would need to contact an auction house though.

    I should say up front that I've met these guys but it was years ago and I don't and havn't ever worked for them. At any rate they do this sort of thing and I know they used to travel to look at stuff and bring it back, I'm not sure if they do any more because I don't live in the area.http://mjdtools.com/
