Ok, it's been a while since we had one of these. For those of you just tuning in, it's a popularity contest, plain and simple. You post a lot, people take notice, they get an opinion of you, they post it. I'm actually horrible at creating the list myself, so I'm going to use the one that Tossrock made the other day as a base.
