Open your Inventory and go to Library>Clothing. There will be a bunch of folders for the default clothing sets, and each one has a Shape file inside of it that you can use to change.
Luskwood is furry central, but has nice avatars now and then.
That's where I got my Av from and I'm really pleased since it not only looks good but doesn't have too many primaries nor does it have a huge texture resolution... finally I can get more reasonable frames per second...
